The location is excellent and close to the sea shore. Staff are cooperative and friendly, especially Rashid, Nassir, Samir, and Elnara. Good breakfast and helpful reception. Cleanliness is good. Price is very reasonable.

Convenient location close to major landmarks and attractions. Friendly and attentive staff, always available to offer suggestions and directions. Complimentary Wi, Fi in all rooms and a refreshing pool area to unwind on sunny days.
Inadequate hot water system and slippery in, shower tiles that can be hazardous.

During our romantic escape, we had a great time at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and had a comfortable bed for us to sleep in. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hotel's location was also a plus as it was just a short walk away from the beach and a local shopping center. Lastly, the rooftop pool was a perfect spot for us to enjoy some sunbathing and relaxation.
The breakfast served at the hotel was not up to our expectations. The food choices were limited and not very appetizing.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with the sea shore just a short walk away and the bustling Old City easily accessible by taxi or a leisurely 15-20 minute stroll. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They arranged an early check-in for us at no extra charge, allowing us to settle in comfortably after our early morning arrival. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and well-managed, with attentive housekeeping and a helpful reception staff always ready to provide assistance and directions. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

During our recent trip to Baku, we had a fantastic stay at Ganjali Plaza. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Government Building and the Bulvar Shopping Centre. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and we especially loved the fact that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests we had. Additionally, the hotel offered an early check-in option, which was a huge plus for us. we had a great experience at Ganjali Plaza and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a great hotel to stay at for those who want to be close to the sea shore. Within a short walk or quick taxi ride, you'll find yourself at the beach. Rooms are cozy with fresh furniture and carpets. Staff are friendly and helpful with arranging taxis. Breakfast is delicious and rooms are kept very clean.
Be aware that the hotel may charge extra if you pay with a credit card.
